FirstWave is a network of accomplished graduates of the U.S. Service Academies. Each year, members gather in a different city for an exclusive Annual Leadership Event featuring behind-the-scenes access and conversations with the nation's leading business, military, academic, and civic leaders. Throughout the year, members also connect through regional gatherings, curated virtual discussions, and Army-Navy game festivities, building an unparalleled community founded on service, leadership, and lifelong relationships.
